Refund Policy
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If any customer receives an incorrect or damaged order from Bite Me, they have the option to:
- Request that the correct order be promptly fulfilled,
- Seek a refund equivalent to the value of the original order placed.
Contacting Bite Me
To initiate either of the above actions, customers must contact the Bite Me franchise where the order was originally processed, observing the following conditions:
- The customer should reach out during the franchise’s operating hours.
- The request should be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cash Refunds
Bite Me will issue a cash refund solely when the initial payment was made in cash.
Refund Processing Time
Please note that refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to be fully processed. If a customer has not received their refund within this timeframe, they are encouraged to promptly contact Bite Me for further assistance.
